Today we looked at the importance of bees

Importance of bees : Bees pollinate  one third of the food that we consume each day

What do they pollinate : Bees pollinate  Apples,Nectarines,Nectarines,Tomatoes and many more

what plants attract bees? : Lavender,Bee balm,Roses and purple cone flower and many more

Food Pryamid

Over the past few weeks we have been looking at fruit and vegetables.Today we created our own food pyramid with some of our favorite foods.

Planting garlic

Yesterday me Richard,bailey and Richards dad peeled garlic then all of room 14 came and planted all of it it took almost 3 hours 

basket ball shots

On March 10th Te Hiringa went outside and did basketball shots.We recorded our shots on a stem and leaf graph. The person with the largest amount of shots has 16 and the person with the lowest has 2.

Stdistical investigation

Last week we surveyed people in our class to find out information about ourselves. I picked what is Te Hiringa's favourite color.  I surveyed everyone in my class, which  is 18 people. Here is the results:
